The YWSH Windows tray app syncs text snippets from the website and expands shortcuts while you type in other programs.

• Install the app, then sign in with your YWSH account.
• Keep the app running (in the tray next to the clock) so the website can sync snippet when you use them or add new ones. 
• If the dashboard shows that the Windows app is not active, start the app through the desktop shortcut or (re)install it from this page.

Recommended: YWSH-Setup.exe — installs the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime silently when needed, then installs the app.
If the runtime install fails, install .NET 8 Desktop Runtime (x64) manually and run Setup again.

YWSH.msi (requires .NET 8 Desktop already present; the MSI shows a message with the download link if it is missing) 

YWSH-portable-win-x64.zip (run YWSH.exe; it tries a silent runtime install (.NET 8) , then prompts with the download link if that fails).

Browser extension

The browser extenstion will save a website you are visiting and want to keep to the YWSH dashboard. 
You can pick a tab and category or create a new category and the tab it is placed on. 
The weblink and some information that is automaticly gatherd is saved to the dashboard.

Currently we only have the extension for testing purposes available.
We intent to add it to the Extension stores of the browser's online store in the near future,

You can use and test the extension on Edge, Chrome and Brave. ( All Chromium browsers)

Firefox and other browser brands are concidered. 

Download Extenstion Zip,

Unzip the directory to a folder of your choice.
It needs to stay there for the duration of the test.

Instructions to install the extenstion

• Go to the settings page of your browser and find the extenstions settings.
• Set the Developer Mode to ON when this is needed.
• A button will be available to load an extension manualy / from a package.
• Click this button and select the directory on your pc where you unpacked the extenstion you downloaded here.
• If you don't see the extention in the browser's Menu bar, click the extension icon and set it to "pin" the extension.
